TechPoint Foundation for Youth is hosting a free hackathon for students aged 7-17 on Saturday, July 22, 2017 in Indianapolis at DeveloperTown’s headquarters. The event will include a daylong series of activities, exhibits, and competitions in Scratch and Python.
Students from Purdue University’s Computer Science Department will be hosting the third annual BoilerCode K-12 Hackathon on Saturday, April 8th, 2017 from 9 am to 4:30 pm at the Lawson Computer Science Building on Purdue’s campus. During this event, students will engage in guided activities using a number of current technologies in CS.
BoilerCode is an annual workshop held at Purdue University for middle and high school students. Students will have the opportunity to work with Purdue student mentors to make their own mobile apps, learn various kinds of hardware, and win prizes. Registration is free, and lunch is included!
The event will be held on April 9 from 9am-4:30pm at Lawson Computer Science Building at Purdue.
