The Xtern class of 2015 presents you HackXtern! This will be a 9 hour event where will pair you up with a mentor (optional) and help you create something awesome. No experience is needed. HackXtern is welcoming all K-12 students to try and learn the real meaning of hacking.
Purdue University will be hosting “BoilerCode”, the first high school hackathon in the school’s history, on April 11th, 2015. The event will include both tutorials on how to build apps using MIT’s AppInventor and an open period for students to create their own apps using the tool. Participants will be assisted by student volunteers from Purdue’s Department of Computer Science.
